The Padovani Residence
This 3 storey 2800 ft custom home residence was prefabricated and assembled on site. This sped-up the project by few months.
Over 6 months, AMC constructed the 14’ tall concrete foundation wall, all the interior wall framing (after prefabricated wall were install), some wood exterior finishes and deck finishes.
This house was designed by an artist owner and an architect with a lot of creative angles, 21 corners, 2 squares one and all kind of interior shapes. The prefabricated insulated walls and the insulation triple pane windows make this house very energy efficient.
This was a great project to work in collaboration with Durfëld Constructors.
